Vision Capital Partners (VCP) is an Atlanta-based land holding company started by Howard Joffe and Robert Heitner in 2005. Prior to the recession, VCP acquired approximately $100 million worth of primarily raw land using all cash and no debt. Today, VCP’s investors are in a most fortunate position and able to weather the recent economic storm instead of losing their property to the bank. Needless to say, VCP’s all-cash approach was very rare for the time. VCP is no longer acquiring property, and have transitioned to managing and selling the current portfolio.
